Business valuation
We value companies with technical rigor and market judgment, so that every decision—selling, buying, bringing in a partner or reorganizing ownership—starts from a defensible number.
In short
Valuing a company means estimating a defensible range for the value of its equity based on its ability to generate cash, its growth and its risk, combining discounted cash flow, trading multiples of comparable companies and precedent transactions. It is used before a sale or purchase, in capital increases, when a shareholder enters or exits, in successions and in board decisions. Bespoke Advisors, an independent firm based in Santiago, Chile, delivers a report with the range, the assumptions and the sensitivities, so the number can be defended in a negotiation.

02 How we work
Industry, business model, competitive advantages and the purpose of the valuation, because the use defines the approach.
We build the projections together with management and test them against history and the market.
Discounted cash flow, trading multiples of comparable companies and precedent transactions. Where appropriate, asset value.
Not a single number but a range, with the variables that move it most and the assumptions behind each scenario.
Report and presentation to the board or shareholders, with the full logic so the number can be defended in a negotiation.
03 Experience
Valuation is at the core of every purchase, sale and capital increase we advise on. The partners have applied it from investment banking and from the finance function of large companies.

04 Frequently asked questions
None on its own. Discounted cash flow captures the business's specific potential; multiples show what the market is paying today. A good valuation triangulates them and explains the differences.
It depends on the industry, size, growth, cash flow stability and debt. Two companies with the same EBITDA can be worth very different amounts. The multiple is an outcome of the valuation, not a starting point.
Financial statements for recent years, the budget or business plan, a breakdown of debt and the main contracts. That is enough for a first version; the rest is completed in conversations with management.
Yes. Coming to the table with a well-supported range lets you anchor the conversation, recognize a good offer and know where your limit is before conceding. See mergers and acquisitions.
