Marcelo Von Chrismar
Marcelo has over 30 years of experience in financial and operational management. He began his career at Santiago Corredores de Bolsa and Bankers Trust, and later held senior management roles at Canal 13, where he led financial restructuring initiatives and the modernization of management systems.
Between 2003 and 2022, Marcelo served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of VTR, leading more than a dozen refinancing processes totaling over USD 6 billion, as well as integration initiatives, financial control, and strategic planning efforts. He later assumed the role of Vice President of Finance and Administration at ClaroVTR, overseeing key functions including treasury, controllership, planning, and investor relations.
Marcelo holds a degree in Business Administration with a major in Economics from Universidad de Chile and an MBA from IESE Business School (University of Navarra), as well as additional studies at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and IMD Switzerland.
