
Eduardo Moyano
Eduardo brings more than 17 years of experience as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) across Latin America, leading complex financial and restructuring processes in multiple industries. He specializes in debt restructuring and refinancing, operational transformation, and the issuance of capital markets instruments, with deep expertise in bonds and corporate financing across the region.
He previously served as CFO of Automotores Gildemeister, a leading automotive importer and distributor in Latin America (Chile, Peru, Uruguay, and Central America), with revenues exceeding USD 1.5 billion and bond debt of approximately USD 700 million. During his tenure, he led the company’s comprehensive restructuring process, successfully executing two bond exchange transactions—one voluntary and one through a pre-arranged Chapter 11 process.
Eduardo has also held senior roles advising on M&A and debt issuance at Chase Manhattan Bank and American Express Bank, both in Chile and the United States.
More recently, he has been actively involved in WOM Chile’s Chapter 11 process initiated in March 2024, working on-site with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including key supplier negotiations.
Eduardo holds a degree in Business Administration with a major in Economics from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
